Congressman Lucas Sworn into Office

U.S. Representative Frank Lucas was sworn in as a Member of the United States House of Representatives by the House Speaker on January 3rd, 2019.

The Honorable Frank Lucas was elected to serve as representative of Oklahoma’s 3rd Congressional District. Representative Frank Lucas was added to the rolls of the House upon executing the oath of office.
